Facility Use Request
Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church facilities are available for rent. We have a Fellowship Hall with a large kitchen, 5 classrooms, a large gym and smaller kitchen adjacent to the gym. The sanctuary is available for weddings and funerals. If you are interested in using facilities at Shepherd, please complete the form and we will reply as quickly as possible.

We cannot provide a custodian. All renters are expected to cleanup and remove trash and recyclables from the premises. We do not allow alcohol or drugs on the premises. Smoking is allowed outside only.

We will not share your information with any third party. The information we collect is used only for facility use.
