I, the undersigned, assert that I am 18 years of age or older and hereby agree to the terms and conditions to participate in the New Hampshire High School Short Film Festival. Additionally, I will hold the New Hampshire High School Short Film Festival, NHMediaTeachers.org, and any other venues that may screen this work in conjunction with the Festival harmless from any and all suits or liabilities arising from any alleged or actual violations of copyright or other rights, or loss of programs submitted. I understand that with my digital signature selected entries will be exhibited at the New Hampshire High School Short Film Festival and that winning films will be distributed to select festivals and venues for future screenings. I also give non-exclusive permission to the New Hampshire High School Film Festival to use still images and/or video clips of myself and this production for the following applications:

👉 display on the internet, including streaming on the festival website or linked sites such as YouTube, etc.
👉 public relations and press materials
👉 advertisements, documentation and print collateral
👉 compilation reels
👉 PSA and promotional advertisements
