By attending this conference, participants agree to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and inclusivity, refraining from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. This includes respecting the views of others, actively listening during sessions, adhering to venue rules, and promptly reporting any violations to conference organizers. Anyone not meeting expected, collaborative, respectful behavior will be immediately removed from the conference. 

The Southridge High School campus is tobacco-free, prohibiting the use of tobacco products in all campus buildings, and on campus grounds. This includes e-cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and vaping. Failure to abide by this policy will result in removal from the conference.
