This year’s conference, Our Shared Future, is a call to artists to consider how our studio practice makes culture and knowledge visible through socially engaged graphic arts of the past, present, and future.

If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the form below to sign up as a volunteer for the Madison 2022 conference.

This is a non-paid volunteer opportunity; however, volunteers will receive a discount code for $45 off of Our Shared Future conference registration. Volunteers must be in attendance to serve.

Time Commitment: Three consecutive hours total. There are limited opportunities for a full registration waiver with a greater time commitment (see below).

Potential Volunteer Opportunities:
Volunteers will report to a volunteer SGCI Board Member, Steering Committee Member, or UW-Madison Event Services staff member in charge of each category.

We are asking for three consecutive hours of volunteer time in the following areas:
Open Portfolio
Mentorship Sessions (as a mentor)
Vendor Fair
Badge Check
Door Counting
Registration & Check-In
Pop-Up Exhibitions
Panel Timer

The following areas require several hours daily of volunteer time over 2-3 days in exchange for a full conference waiver:
Members’ Exchange Portfolio (assisting organizer)
Conference Photography for Archives
