Community Resource Miner
Dear Friend,

The Highland Community Kitchen Volunteers and Ascension Holy Trinity Mission Center are committed to serving our neighbors. We believe that healthy communities are the result of cooperation and collaboration among a diverse group of individuals and organizations sharing compassion and resources. Working together and contributing our time, talent, and treasure creates a strong community where all are cared for and everyone belongs.

Assessing resources and assets is a first step toward effective community service. This Resource Miner questionnaire is designed to help us identify our neighbors’ abundant gifts and talents.

HCKV and AHT invite you to participate in the attached Community Resource Miner Survey. The information compiled from the survey will become a data base that supports a wide-range of community service and development projects.
For those interested in volunteering with our Agape projects, a separate survey is provided.

As you complete the questionnaire, please remember:

1. Your participation supports healthy community development.
2. There are no correct, incorrect, or predetermined answers.
3. If there are questions you’d rather not answer, simply skip them.
4. Sharing this information or your availability does not commit you to any particular participation.
5. The information you provide will not be shared beyond HCK and AHT Mission Center programs.
6. If you need further information, please contact Casey ( casey@blackcreekwellness.com ) or Mary E ( maryelled4@gmail.com ).
