Permit Waiver Entry Form
Submit your Department of Licensing issued 'WDL' number here. Within one business day, we will enter a waiver for you into the DOL Database, as long as we have a payment and contract on file.  As early as 10 days before class starts, your permit eligibility will be released on your License Express account. 
You must be a minimum of 15 years old for the DOL to issue you a permit.
