Please complete this form to sign up to speak during the next Eboard Meeting. BTU Eboard meetings occur monthly on the 2nd Thursday at 6pm. You may participate live, during the meeting, or you can submit a written statement or question to be read aloud during the meeting by submitting this form.

Each month there are 7 opportunities for member comment. The first 7 members to sign up will either have their comment read, or, if they chose to attend the meeting, members can speak live during the meeting. Members may speak at the meeting for up to 3 minutes, and up to two Eboard officers may respond for a minute each. Written comments should be no more than 500 words.
