- 如基本會員未克出席，可填妥授權書委託他人代表在會上表決議案。授權書必須於2025年6月12日下午3時前送達九龍長沙灣麗閣邨麗萱樓地下101號，或電郵至info@rdhk.org方屬有效。Members who cannot attend the meeting may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. To be valid, any proxy form must be completed and returned by mail to Room 101, G/F, Lai Huen Hse, Lai Kok Estate, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon; or by email to info@rdhk.org, no later than 12 June 2025, at 3 pm.
