All orders submitted online will be mailed to the address specified on this form. If you are local to the Memphis-area and want to purchase a board in-person, please attend one of our upcoming events (our schedule is linked here!).

Please submit one form per board. If you want to order more than 1 board, please submit a separate form for board, or email us directly at tailsofhopedr@yahoo.com to submit a bulk order.

Orders will be processed each Sunday around 5 PM CT and shipped out within a week.
