By enrolling in, accessing, or using our Services, you ("you," "your," or "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor or an company, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18 to enroll in our Services.
- Services are intended for students, professionals, or organizations in fields such as Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech), BCA/MCA, Diploma, MBA/BBA, or related disciplines.
- We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate participation if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms our community or operations.

 2. Services Description
- Project Development: Guidance and implementation support for final-year projects, including IEEE-based research, hardware/software prototyping, and domain-specific solutions (e.g., IoT, AI, ML, Data Science, Full Stack Web Applications).
- Internships and Training:  Hands-on programs (e.g., 3-month Industrial Training) providing mentorship, real-world exposure, and certification upon completion.
- Research Support:  Assistance with paper publication, idea validation, and academic resources.
- Services are delivered in-person at our Bangalore center, online, or hybrid as specified during enrollment. We may update or modify Services at our discretion, with notice where feasible.

3. Enrollment and Fees
- Enrollment requires submission of a completed application form, payment of applicable fees, and agreement to these Terms.
- Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 4. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST/taxes, which will be added as per prevailing rates.
- Payment methods include online transfer, cash, or demand draft. Full payment is required upfront unless an installment plan is pre-approved in writing.
- We reserve the right to adjust fees for new enrollments with prior notice. No fee adjustments apply to ongoing enrollments.

4. Cancellation, Refund, and Termination

General Services Cancellation: You may cancel within 5 days of enrollment for a full refund minus any administrative charges (up to 10% of fees). After 5 days, refunds are prorated based on Services rendered (e.g., 50% refund if less than 25% of program completed). 

IoT Hardware Project Cancellation: Due to the custom nature of hardware procurement and assembly, cancellations for IoT hardware projects are strictly limited. You may cancel only within 48 hours of enrollment for a full refund minus administrative charges (up to 15% of fees) and any non-refundable hardware deposits (up to 50% of total hardware costs). After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued, as hardware components will have been ordered, customized, and potentially integrated. Any partial completion of the project (e.g., design phase) will result in forfeiture of the full fee. 

Our Cancellation: We may cancel or modify Services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. Termination for Cause: We may terminate your participation immediately without refund if you breach these Terms, including non-payment, misconduct, or intellectual property violations. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of cancellation to info@leadingminds.in. For IoT hardware projects, proof of non-use of procured hardware may be required for any partial refund consideration.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All materials provided by us (e.g., code, designs, prototypes, training content) are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal/educational use only during your enrollment.
- Any project outputs co-developed with you will be jointly owned unless otherwise agreed in writing. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use anonymized case studies or examples from your project for promotional purposes.
- You represent and warrant that your contributions (e.g., ideas, data) do not infringe third-party rights. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, or commercially exploit our materials without permission.
- Upon program completion, you may retain copies of your project deliverables for personal use, subject to confidentiality obligations.

6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during Services (e.g., project details, client data, trade secrets).
- This obligation survives termination for 2 years. Exceptions include information required by law or already public.
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy (available upon request).

 7. Participant Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information during enrollment and actively participate in Services.
- Projects must be original work; plagiarism or unauthorized use of third-party materials is prohibited and may result in termination.
- You are responsible for your own equipment, software, and compliance with applicable laws (e.g., data protection under the DPDP Act, 2023).
- Any hardware provided by us must be returned in good condition post-program, or you will be charged for damages.

8. Liability and Disclaimers
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., lost profits, academic setbacks).
- We disclaim liability for errors in project outcomes due to your inputs or external factors. Participants assume all risks associated with implementing project ideas in real-world applications.



10. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via email or our website of material updates.
