A & P Properties Tenant Screening
READ CAREFULLY! Due to high demand, our application process has recently changed. If you are interested in becoming an A & P Tenant in the near future, the first step is to complete this screening form, which asks questions about some of our tenant requirements. Read CAREFULLY and be HONEST because ALL information will be verified before you are accepted as a tenant.

Submitted forms will be reviewed, and you will be contacted with next steps if the information provided indicates that you may qualify for a property we currently have available, or will have in the near future. We will call from a local Charleston number, so please answer or call back within 24 hours to avoid being passed over. Our properties are in very high demand so the rental process moves very quickly. Also, prompt communication demonstrates your dependability and trustworthiness as a tenant.
