* Class availability is dependent upon student enrollment and staffing patterns.
* Completing this form does not guarantee a change in schedule.
If you have a concern, you are advised to communicate that concern directly with the classroom teacher and grade-level administrator. The Counseling Department is UNABLE to accommodate teacher change requests.
A completed Honors application must be submitted any request for Honors consideration.

The Counseling Department is unable to honor TEACHER change requests. Teacher change requests should be directed to grade-level administrator.
Fulfilling a change request could have significant impact on the original schedule. This includes but is not limited to the order and instructors of other classes.
If a change request is honored, it will not be reversed.
