The Chester County Technical College High School will be hosting a Career Fair for adults in our community, some of which have completed our E3 Re-Entry Program (a manufacturing based training program for individuals with prior justice system involvement which includes manufacturing training, Thinking for a Change cognitive behavioral therapy and job readiness skills ).  Along with E3 graduates, the CCIU has invited individuals from local Non-Profits, as well as Employment and Training Organizations to attend.  Companies are able to individually screen candidates using their own criteria and guidelines.  We are hopeful this fair will help successfully match individuals to companies and fulfill some of the workforce deficits in Chester County.
