Skokie's Spring Greening Volunteer Application

Skokie's Spring Greening is a community fair for residents to promote sustainable and green living. The seventh annual fair will be held on Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Niles North High School located at 9800 Lawler Avenue.
Volunteers are needed to staff recycling stations, help with traffic flow, and assist with the indoor fair. There are two shifts for volunteers: 8-10 a.m. (fair load-in and set-up) and 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (outdoor recycling stations). Volunteers helping with the outdoor recycling stations are asked to dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, and bring a water bottle and sunscreen.
Contact Nancy Portillo (Skokie Park District) at (847) 933-4528 or Emily Oaks Nature Center at (847) 677-7001 for more information. Visit www.skokiespringgreening.org for additional event information.
