Report an Absence
Please use this form to report an absence. “Absent” means the student is not physically present in classes.  If your child needs to leave school early, DO NOT fill out this form. Please send your child to the office before school with a note.

If your child is absent, an automated telephone message from the school may give you a call.

Excused absences
- Illness or injury
- Quarantine
- Death in the family
- Court attendance
- Medical or dental appointment that cannot be scheduled before or after school
- Emergency situation with proper notification from parent/guardian
- Religious observances
- Special cases as approved by Principal

Unexcused absences (Teachers are not required to provide work missed due to unexcused absences).
- All other reasons for absences will be considered unexcused (e.g., family events/vacations, sports trips, personal reasons)
