COVID-19 and the gender wage gap: challenges and solutions
In addition to the tragic health consequences, COVID-19 and the economic shockwaves following it are placing unprecedented pressure on the world of work. To help employers address some of these issues, EPIC members are joining forces to organize a series of webinars to look at the impact of COVID-19 on gender equality and diversity in the word of work with a focus on practical solutions to address the gender pay gap and more inclusive leadership.

To ensure the events reflect the needs of organisations, we would like to ask you to take 10 minutes to complete the survey.
