Year your Ward last attended HVC for YC camping to the best of your knowledge. *
Please check 3 dates that your group is available to come. These sessions are available for all youth groups (YW, YM and Youth Combined).
We will try to fit your group in on one of your 3 dates choices but if that is not possible is your group willing to consider other dates? (The more flexible your group can be on dates the better chance your group has of getting a reservation.) *

-- Each cabin has 16 beds (8 bunk beds) and fire regulations allow us to sleep up to an additional 4 people on the floor as long as they don’t use cots. You can still have a sleeping pad and sleeping bag if you’re on the floor.
