Greater Cleveland STEM Festival - Booth Application
The Greater Cleveland STEM Festival will take place October 19, 2019 from 10 am - 4 pm.

We are now accepting booth applications for our 1st annual festival! Come and celebrate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics in the Greater Cleveland community by Inspiring, Discovering, Educating, Advocating, and Sharing IDEAS. We inspire to bring professionals, students, innovators, parents and curiosity-seekers to explore STEM in a fun, interactive and festive environment. 

We encourage booth applicants to conduct demonstrations or have an informative display that relates to the festival theme. We also are encouraging local universities to participate to share information about your STEM programs with festival guests as well as organizations to promote employment opportunities within their company.

By submitting this application you are aware of the terms below. The above application is for the 2018 Greater Cleveland STEM Festival. All applicants will receive an email in regards to participation, but please note that upon submission of this form, you should NOT expect a confirmation email. PLEASE READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE: VENDOR SPACE: Standard vendor spaces are a 6' x 24" table and 2 chairs. Booths will be responsible for setting-up during the assigned time frame, and to provide your own staff to operate your booth during the entire festival. THEFT/DAMAGE: The Greater Cleveland STEM Festival will not be responsible for any damage or theft of personal belongings or merchandise, or loss of any product due to external factors. Any accidents caused by an organization’s set-up or goods will be the responsibility of that vendor. VENDOR FEES/CONTRACT: Upon application review and acceptance for participation, vendors will be required to pay the appropriate vendor fee and sign a contract by a date to be specified on the notification of acceptance. REFUNDS: Unfortunately we cannot give refunds for vendors fees if something comes up, or if the weather gets bad.
