2026 Lamplighter Festival – Craft Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a craft vendor at the 2026 Lamplighter Festival in Maple Rapids, Michigan! This annual community festival continues to grow and will feature live music, food trucks, FREE family activities, a parade, car show, social district, and much more—bringing a full day of entertainment and shopping to our downtown area.

The festival will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with vendor set-up from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Craft vendor booths are 10’ x 10’ outdoor street spaces, and vendors must supply all tables, tents, displays, and equipment needed for setup. PARKING is a short walk away from the vendor area, we DO NOT have space for cars at booths.

The cost is $20 per booth space. Applications must be submitted by July 31, 2026. Late applications will be accepted for $30, based on availability. Booth assignments will be emailed approximately one week prior to the event.

Payments by check or through the Maplerapids.org website ONLY. WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR ANY OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT --ITS A SCAM OTHERWISE.
