Sponsors are needed to fund bus transportation for students, prizes/giveaways for students, teachers, and parents, and event supplies. All donations and resources are welcome. Attendance of this event ranges from 400-600 students, parents, teachers, and community members. Sponsors will be acknowledged with company/organization logos included on event flyers, signage, press release, and through social media.

We welcome adult and student volunteers from APS high schools, reputable organizations and colleges/universities. Volunteers will be needed 3/24/17 and 3/25/17 for event set-up, event activities, and event breakdown. More details will be provided to registrants.
