活動說明：
為讓30人以上團體有更快速、便利的參觀體驗， 主辦單位特別為產業人士、學院校系等提供團體報名參觀服務，此次主辦單位蒐集本展會具有團體導覽量能的廠商，提供參觀者快速了解產業動向！

※ 凡來訪人數達30人(含)以上即可提出申請。
※ 本服務為協助 30人(含)以上  團體參觀者入場，更多團體導覽資訊請見官網活動頁。
 
Event Description:
To provide groups of 30 or more with a faster and more convenient visiting experience, the organizer explicitly provides group visit services for industry professionals, academic institutions, etc.

※ Applications can be submitted for groups of 30 people or more. Groups with fewer than 30 people are not eligible for guided visits.
※ This service mainly assists group visitors with entry and does not include guided tour services.

注意事項：

1. 請於 2026/6/26(五) 中午12:00 前提出團體參觀申請，逾期恕不受理。
2. 申請表單內(*)為必填欄位，請於送出前再次確認表單是否完整，若資料不齊全，恕不受理。
3. 完成報名後，主辦單位將會寄發入選通知信，須請團體代表聯絡人提供全體參觀者的Email，將統一由主辦單位向團體成員發送參觀資格登錄之Email，並由參觀者各自完成申請，且現場團體報到經主辦單位審核後，將核發每人一張證件，參觀者可憑證件入場，即為本展四日免費參觀資格。
4. 導覽主題與相關內容由各參展廠商提供，並由主辦單位協助推廣資訊，導覽服務將於各廠商攤位進行，對於導覽內容若有希望進一步了解的地方，可直接洽詢各參展廠商。
5. 團體行程與人數如有異動，或因故取消，請於參觀前一週來電告知，若未事前告知，恐影響未來報名之權利。
6. 請團體代表聯絡人或領隊者務必持實體名片1張、報名回函至「VIP服務台」進行團體集合報到，經現場工作人員審核團體參觀資格並核發證件後，持證件即可入場參觀，一人一證，請勿轉予他人使用。
7. 本團體參觀服務並無另派駐隨隊導覽人員，請自行帶隊前往欲參觀的廠商攤位。

Notes:
1. Please submit the group visit application before 12:00 PM (Taiwan Time, UTC+8) on June 26, 2026.
2.(*)indicates a required field. Please double-check the form before submission to ensure it is complete. Only complete forms will be processed.
3. After successful registration, the organizer will send the group contact person a confirmation email. The group contact person is responsible for replying to the email and providing the email addresses of each participant. The organizer will email all group members; please complete the registration individually.
4. Each exhibitor provides the themes and related content of the group visit, with support from the organizer to promote information. The group visit will be conducted at each exhibitor's booth. If you want to learn more, you may contact the exhibitors directly.
5. If you want to cancel, please notify us by phone at least three days before the visit.
6. The group contact person must bring one business card and the confirmation email to the "VIP Check-in." After the staff verifies the group's visiting qualification and provides the badges, each visitor can enter the show with their badges. Each badge is strictly for individual use and should not be transferred to others.
7. Please lead the group directly to the booths you want to visit as you wish.
