Hello! We are JunkLabz, a startup specializing in plastic recycling in Charlottesville, VA. We collect #5 plastic pipette tip boxes, then clean, shred, melt, and transform them into new products, preventing the plastic from ending up in landfills.

Currently, we produce small plastic tiles, and are in the process of designing larger furniture pieces made entirely from recycled plastic. Our mission is to reduce plastic waste in landfills through recycling, reuse, and reduction.
