This is a public survey for the Telephone Emergency Notification System test conducted by the Contra Costa County Community Warning System on April 10, 2017.

3. Did you listen to the entire automated recording, or not?

5. What I saw on the caller ID, when I received the call, made me want to pickup the phone?

18. As you may know, there is a network of warning sirens throughout Contra Costa County's industrial areas. Other than during the monthly tests, have you ever heard these warning sirens?
