Run to Revive Fundraiser Event Vendor Application
  • Thank you so much for your interest in being a vendor at our 5K Fundraiser Event this fall!
We are so excited for this event! 
Our goal of runners and spectators will be 150+  & they will have the opportunity to shop the vendor booths throughout the event!
This is fair vibes! We will have food trucks, vendors, experience stations, music, raffle prizes & more - basically a GREAT time! We can't wait to have you join us!

Details:
*Who - this event will be open to everyone and family friendly (not just a nurse event!)
*When - Saturday September 19th, 2026 // 8am -12pm
*Where - The Junction Center 1875 Junction Rd, Manheim, PA 17545 
*Set up time - Friday Sept. 18th evening (exact time TBD) or Saturday Sept 19th starting at 5am (be set up by 8am)
*Shopping time - 8am - 12pm (before, during and after race)
*Tear down - after event 
*You are responsible for your own set up 
*Cost is $95

Vendor applications will be reviewed & you will be contacted with more details and an invoice if you are accepted.
