Important Booking Information – Short-Notice & Peak Season Surcharge 

Please note that Border Entertainment experiences high demand during the fall/spring season (September–December & April - July). To ensure availability and accommodate last-minute requests, a short-notice surcharge of 15% may apply to bookings confirmed less than 30 days prior to the event. Additionally, performances during peak fall/spring season may be subject to an additional seasonal surcharge of up to 10%. These surcharges will be clearly outlined in your event quote and included in your contract if applicable. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us provide the best possible performance for your event.

ENSEMBLES / BANDS / ARTISTS

Size of bands can range all the way from a solo pianist, to an 11 piece Band. Our most typical setup for a cocktail style background music has been a trio (sax, guitar, bass) and a 11 piece band for reception (4 vocals, 3 horn, guitar, piano, bass, drums) But we can work with you depending on what you would like to have at your special event. 

Packages & Pricing:

We offer various packages depending on the event, but we prefer to provide a quote once we know all the details and know what you need. Our past prices have been anywhere between $500 to $20k depending on the scale of the event. We will work with you to ensure we can work with your budget to make your event special.

Deposits & Refunds
To secure your event date, a non-transferable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total fee is required at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made no less than fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled event date. For bookings made within fifteen (15) days of the event, deposits are non-refundable.
