Christmas Break Housing Request Form
Requests are due by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, December 8th. All students who submit a request by the deadline will receive communication from the Residence Life Office on a rolling basis, and by no later than the end of day on Monday, December 9th. Students who submit their request after the deadline should expect that the office will need 36 hours to process the request.
Standard break housing charges are $20/night when the student submits the request by the deadline. Any requests received and approved after the December 8th deadline will be charged $40/night. Charges will be assessed to each student’s account. In-season athletes, students staying to work campus jobs, and international students are exempt from fees. If students feel as though they qualify for an extenuating circumstance and need special consideration for break fees to be waived, they should contact the Assistant Director of Residence Life at
The College is closed between 6:00 p.m. on December 20th and 9:00 a.m. on January 2nd, the Residence Life Office will accommodate students who need housing for extenuating circumstances only on a limited basis. These students will not be able to remain in their assigned rooms and will be consolidated to Browne Center (a residence hall located at the corner of Woodward and Robinson Rd.).
