I understand that the PING PONG FOR GOOD programs/activities have inherent risks and that my participation in any PING PONG FOR GOOD programs, hereby assumes all risks and hazards incident to my participation in all PING PONG FOR GOOD activities, due to the negligence of the PING PONG FOR GOOD or otherwise while in, about, or upon the premises of any facilities or equipment thereon or participating in any program affiliated with the PING PONG FOR GOOD, including volunteer service. I further waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the PING PONG FOR GOOD, the organizers, owners of the facilities hosting PING PONG FOR GOOD activities, volunteers, supervisors, officers, directors, participants, coaches, referees, as well as, persons, caregivers or parents transporting participants to and from activities from any claims or injury sustained during my use of the PING PONG FOR GOOD property or participation in programs.
