Dear Welby Way Parents,

I am excited to announce that I will be extending the Spanish after-school program at Welby Way for an additional 3 weeks to new families. There will be an additional two new classes on Fridays. If you missed the chance to enroll your child last time, now is your opportunity to do so. Please complete the form below to enroll your child for the Free Spanish after-school program. There will be two groups and times:

- Group 1: 2:30-3:00 pm (TK-1st grade)

- Group 2: 3:15-4:00 pm (2nd-5th grade)

The program will run for 3 weeks, starting May 24th and ending on June 7th, with a possibility of a continuation for next school year.

Welby Way Aid will pick up TK/Kinder students from their classes and drop them off at the corresponding drop off areas. Students in 1st-5th grade will meet the teacher at the classroom where the course will be taught at 3:15 pm. After the Spanish class, all students who are picked up by their parents will be walked to the main gate for drop off and parent signature. Any student who is scheduled to remain in school after the Spanish class will be released to their corresponding after-school coaches.

Please note that enrollment is strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the maximum capacity for the program is 21 students in each class. Once you submit the form, if your child is among the first 21 students in the list for the corresponding group classes, you will receive a confirmation email within a few days requesting that you complete a parent waiver form prior to your child's full enrollment. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a week, it means that the class is already at full capacity.
