Music Minor and Non-Music Major Private Lessons Application - Spring 2019
As Private Lessons are suppressed from the Class Schedule, you will need a Class Number in order to register.

Please submit this form by Friday, January 4, 2019. Following approval by the Area Head, you will receive your Class Number via your UMail Account. This Class Number is the property of the University of Utah and may not be shared with other students. Please register for lessons no later than the 5th day of classes.

Music Minors: If this is your first semester registering for private lessons, you should first contact the Area Head for an audition. If you are accepted as a music minor, you should then fill out a Music Minor Application in order to be officially declared a Music Minor. All Music Minors taking private lessons must be enrolled in a Large Ensemble (choir, orchestra, band, etc.).

Non-Music Majors: If this is your first semester registering for lessons, you must first contact the Area Head for an audition. All Non-Music Majors (except piano and guitar students) taking private lessons must be enrolled in a Large Ensemble (choir, orchestra, band, etc.).
