Attention All Agencies,

We have a voice. We have the power to influence. We have the ability to create change. This is a rallying cry. This is part of a movement. This is our time to come together.

By joining together, we can make change a reality. Together we can change our industry. As agencies, it is not enough to just stand in solidarity. We need to act in solidarity. Now.

The following are the areas in which we are asking agencies to commit to:

1. Education: Show up to learn.
2. Human Resources: Increase diversity & lift up Black team members.
3. Marketing: Black representation required.
4. Code of Conduct: Individual accountability.
5. Values Review: Examine the core.
