Princeton SBIRT Registration
This is the registration form for the SBIRT Training being hosted in Princeton April 17th. This training will be from 12:00 - 4 PM at the Rescue Squad Training Center. 703 Maple St, Princeton, WV 24740

This training is free but you must register to attend. The deadline for registering is April 5th.

This training will be taught by Robert Wilcox. Robert is currently an Americorps VISTA for the West Virginia Council of Churches and Step By Step WV.

Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) is an evidence-based approach to identifying patients who use alcohol and other drugs at risky levels, with the goal of reducing and preventing related health consequences, disease, accidents and injuries. SBIRT is unique in that it screens for all types of substance use, not just ependencies. Each part of the SBIRT process provides information and assistance tailored to the individual patient and his or her needs.

This event will offer CEU's! The SBIRT class will count for 3 CEUs and are approved for Social Work, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Addiction Counselor CEUs.
