Thank you for visiting the Chico Outdoors, Inc. Vendor Registration Form to register for the 2026 Chico Outdoor Expo. Please review the event information below, complete this form and click SUBMIT at the end to complete registration. If a field has a red asterisk, it is required. Please note your spot is not reserved until registration AND payment is received. Payment can be provided through the square/online credit card link listed below or via check.

PLEASE NOTE similar vendors, offering similar products or services as yours, may also be registered for this event, and we have no control over what patrons choose to purchase. All vendors will receive a spot INSIDE a building, with access to electric, unless requested otherwise. Buildings are not heated but are enclosed. We kindly ask that all vendors be available to participate both days!

Sponsor and vendor registration sare separate. 

DEADLINE to register is March 15th, and as space permits! Entries following the deadline will not be accepted, including late payments.

SPECIAL NOTE: We highly recommend all vendors have insurance. Chico Outdoors is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, broken or destroyed items, and as a vendor, you agree to indemnify Chico Outdoors against any liability that may occur in conjunction with yourself, your business or your booth. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
When: Saturday, April 11th from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 
& Sunday, April 12th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Due to limited space, ALL vendors MUST be able to attend the Expo BOTH days! In addition, all vendors are required to submit a registration and provide payment BEFORE the deadline of March 15th!

As a preview, vendor options and pricing are as follows:
Booth Options:
 - 10’ x 10’ Business Vendor Booth - $200.00
 - 10’ x 20’ Business Vendor Booth - $300.00
 - 10’ x 30’ Business Vendor Booth - $400.00
 - Custom Booth Spacing Available - Please contact us!
 - Craft/Artisan Space - 8' Table Space - $75.00 (LIMITED AVAILABILITY)
 - Heroes Hall - For Veteran support and resource organizations ONLY - ONE free table spot with 1 table and 2 chairs.

Discount:
If registration AND payment is received by September 1st, there is a $50.00 discount for BUSINESS VENDORS. If registration AND payment is received by December 31st, there is a $25.00 discount for BUSINESS VENDORS.
There is not a discount for Craft/Artisan Vendors due to the lower initial price already.

If you are a veteran organization and wish to have a larger booth than the table spot provided, a discount of $50.00 will be provided.


Booth Explanations:
Business vendor booths are best for businesses and organizations.

Craft/Artisan spaces are best suited for items such as women's clothing, candles, purses, jewelry, etc. and are limited to one specific building. Craft/Artisan are ONLY an 8' table space with enough room for individuals to sit or stand behind and are not to be used to create a larger space. 

Heroes Hall is best for veteran support and resources, who will be placed in Heroes Hall on the grounds, with other like vendors!
