You are reading the presentation of the COP 26 launch:"The UK and Italy are committed to putting climate change and reversing biodiversity loss at the heart of the multilateral agenda in 2021, including through the G7, G20 and COP26 presidencies. In this year of partnership between the UK and Italy, we agree on the need to rebuild better after the impact of COVID-19. We will work with our international partners, and through our Presidencies, to support a green and resilient recovery that promotes sustainable growth and jobs and benefits those most vulnerable to climate change impacts. We call on all countries to submit ambitious nationally determined contributions and to define long term strategies to achieve zero net emissions well in advance of COP26. We will use our G7 and G20 Presidencies to advance the COP26 campaigns and help build momentum for a successful COP26 outcome. This will include working with our international partners to advance action on our four COP26 goals: a radical change in emission reduction commitments strengthening adaptation to the impacts of climate change, flowing finance for climate action Strengthen international collaboration, including for the COP26 campaigns on energy transition, clean road transport and nature."
