Becoming A Certified Trainer

Congratulations on taking the next step in your growth at Chick-fil-A Temecula! Becoming a Certified Trainer is a big step up in responsibility and is a monumentally important role within our store – YOU are one of the first steps in creating and upholding our culture. You are one of the first impressions our incoming team members have of what it is to be a part of the Chick-fil-A Temecula family.

Objectives of Certified Trainers Program:

Train all team members on all BOH/FOH tasks to Chick-fil-A Temecula and Pathway standards

Demonstrate, Imitate, and Repeat in training

Track and communicate all progress of each team member using Trello and Slack

Master and model all Chick-fil-A Temecula behaviors and expectations

Stay up-to-date on new training/retraining standards

Please note, completion of all requirements does not guarantee that you will become a Certified Trainer at Chick-fil-A Temecula. All applications will pend leadership approval.
