2015 was our biggest year yet with an estimated 20,000 attendees throughout the day and night of the event. We are excited to keep this momentum going, and with the addition of the Fanshawe College and UWO student crowd in London, we expect about 30,000 people throughout the day and night of the festival!

Community Vendor:$150 per space; tax included.
Details:- Saturday, Sep. 17 from 12pm to 11pm (Setup is between 9am and 11am)- 10ft x 10ft space along Dundas- Vendor area: Dundas St. between Richmond and Clarence. Select areas on both North and South sides of Dundas within metered parking areas will be available- One 8-ft banquet table will be provided- Two chairs will be provided- No walkway guaranteed between spaces- Spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis
Notes:- Tents will not be provided. If you decide to bring a tent, please bring weights for the legs as it can get windy.
2. Should a vendor be unable to attend the festival after having paid, a refund will be issued minus a $50 administration fee. Any and all cancellations must be made no less than 1 month before the festival (August 17th) All cancellations after August 17th will not receive a refund.
