Coachella W1 2024 - Accessible Camping Registration Form
If you require any additional camping accommodations not listed please email us at ada@coachella.com.
--------

To access the Accessibility Campground, a government issued disabled persons parking placard/plates will be checked to ensure legitimate use. The person whom the disabled persons parking placard or plate is issued to must be present in the vehicle as a driver or a passenger.

* Please note that it is against the law to park in an accessible parking/camping space without a disabled persons parking placard, or to fraudulently use someone else’s in order to gain access to these accessible spots.

To ensure we have enough room in the campground for all of our campers with disabilities in need, each camping spot will be limited to a 30ft x 10ft space for either car camping options, or 15ft x 10ft for tent camping.

If you need power for a medical device such as a CPAP, we advise that you bring a portable lithium battery pack (about the size of an iPad, not a generator) which should deliver 24 hours of power. You are welcome to charge your battery at our Accessibility Services Hub onsite located just outside of Accessible Camping and the main festival entrance. If you have any questions about this, including approval of the item you wish to bring, please contact ada@coachella.com. *
If there is any other way we can assist you in regards to camping and shuttle transportation, please email us at ada@coachella.com. Once you submit this form, you will be confirmed for a camping spot and do not need to follow up with us.
*
Please note - This is not the final step for the Accessibility event registration process. You will need to come to one of our Accessibility Services Hubs onsite to register as an Accessibility patron for onsite services, and then you will be all set! *
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
