This form is no longer accepting submissions for the 2024–2025 school year due to summer break.
If you need to report a concern, you may do so anonymously through the STOPit app by visiting https://appweb.stopitsolutions.com/login. This platform is monitored 24/7 by trained staff. Any life-threatening reports will be immediately escalated to school personnel.
For non-life-threatening concerns, reports will be reviewed at the start of the new school year.
