IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TIGER PACKS:
• Tiger Packs are confidential, need-based, and available only to students residing in Erie, Colorado or attending an Erie High School Feeder School.
• A parent or guardian must submit a new form EACH SCHOOL YEAR.
• Tiger Packs are offered to Erie families in need, please email us if you move or you no longer need the food assistance.

DOORSTEP DELIVERY:
• Erie UpLink will deliver Tiger Packs to each household’s doorstep the Wednesday before each designated
   long weekend/holiday break.
• Make sure someone can take the Tiger Packs inside on each delivery day. Though the food is non-perishable,
  some items can melt or freeze, and valuable items may be included (Christmas stockings).
• All food is individually packaged and will come home in bags you may keep.
• To coordinate delivery and to communicate updates, please keep Erie UpLink informed of your current email,
  physical address (including apartment number or any unique delivery information) and phone number -
  updates can be emailed to erieuplink@gmail.com.
