This form is used for vendors to sign up for the 2020 Chisago County Fair in Rush City.
Each space includes access to plug in one electrical cord.

An invoice will be sent to you once your application and ST-19 has been received. Payments can be made by sending a check made payable to the CHISAGO COUNTY AG SOCIETY OR by using the online payment option on the invoice which would include a 3% convenience fee.

Fees are as follows:
Advanced Registration:
8 x 8 booth - $100.00
Outside Space - $125.00

Late Registration (After May 1)
8 x 8 booth - $125.00
Outside Space - $150.00

NO REQUEST is CONSIDERED OR GUARANTEED until application, ST-19 and payment have all been received.
No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2020.
