Application Deadline: Application deadline is Friday May 3, 2019.
Creemore Vintage Fest is hosted by the Creemore BIA and organized by the Vintage Fest Committee.
Types of Merchandise Accepted: All items for sale must be vintage and be owned by the applicant. Commercial products are not accepted and buy-sell merchandise is restricted. Vendors found to have buy-sell merchandise will be asked to remove the merchandise from the booth.
Selection Process: The Vintage Fest Committee reserves the right to accept or reject entrants on the basis of the photos of merchandise submitted.
Fees: The fee for a 10x10 vendor space is $55.00. Tents are required. Vendors must supply their own tents or rent one from the Vintage Fest Committee for $25.00. Rental tents are in limited supply and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Vendors are responsible for tent setup and takedown.
Returned cheques will negate registration. The application fee is non-refundable.
Space Assignments: Spaces are located on concrete. While the festival makes every effort to ensure space assignments, space assignments cannot be guaranteed. Creemore Vintage Fest reserves the right to modify space assignments as may be required. All spaces are vehicle accessible for setup. Vendors may begin setup after 7:00 AM on Saturday, May 25, 2019. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables and displays. Please do not leave behind any garbage or refuse at your space. At the end of the day, please bring your trash to the garbage receptacle at 8 Caroline Street West (Eastwood Vintage).
Waiting List: Eligible applicants who did not receive a space assignment will be asked to join a waiting list. Available spaces will only be filled from this list.
Vendor Parking: There is street parking available outside the closed areas. Creemore Vintage Fest is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
