21 Day Squat Challenge (January 2016) - Registration


I'm so glad you've decided to take the 21-Day Challenge!! This will be an amazing opportunity for you to kick start the New Year with a group of people who are just as excited as you are to see some results. I want you to be SUCCESSFUL and HAVE FUN!

How does it work?…

Every morning I will be posting a squat workout for the day and some motivation to help you all throughout the challenge. All you have to do is SHOW UP! You'll submit a daily form stating that you've completed the workout as well as posting daily with your progress and/or questions you'd like answered.

I won't kid you and say the next 21 days are going to be 'easy'; all real change requires real effort. BUT, Jess & I will be by your side cheering you on and making it as simple a process as we can! The only requirement I'm asking of you is to follow the plan and stay engaged in the group by posting daily.

That's it!

All you need to do now is:

1. Just answer these few simple questions-they are as much for you as they are for me...it's important to know WHAT you want and WHY you want it!
