🌿 Yoga in the Park 🌿
Join Ingrid and flow almost every Sunday from 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM, starting September 7, 2025, at the beautiful Tregaron Conservancy.

We will be in the Twin Oak Meadow at Tregaron. Walk in via the entrance at 3031 Klingle Road, then head to the field on the left up the hill as you enter the park. We will meet near the historic Twin Oak tree stump.

All Levels Welcome, beginner and level 1 friendly. This is an active but gentle class. Ages 16+

Please bring: yoga mat, comfy clothes, water bottle, face towel (optional), bug spray (optional)

$12 per class – 15% of all proceeds are donated to help preserve Tregaron 🌳  

Classes are weather-dependent. If it rains, you can easily be refunded or transfer your reservation to another date. An update will be emailed the morning of class.

Please note: There are two liability waivers, one for the event space and one for the yoga instructor.  It is important to read and sign both before attending class.
