****SUBMITTING THIS FORM DOESN'T OBLIGATE YOU TO ANY SPECIFIC PAY SCHEDULE OR EVENT CONFIRMATION. This is a request for an official quote. Once we receive your Event Form, we will email you promptly with an official menu proposal and price quote. At that point, to confirm your event, you will be required to pay a non-refundable 20% deposit on the food and beverage minimum quoted for the time of your scheduled event. This payment will reserve the space and time for your event. Upon payment, you are agreeing to provide a final headcount by one week prior to the event time. If your event count changes within the final week, it is at Sylver Spoon's discretion whether or not to adjust pre-approved pricing quote. You will be required to meet your quoted food and beverage minimum spend for private rooms on-site at Sylver Spoon, regardless of guest attendance. Food and Beverage Minimum Spend agreements designate a certain amount guest must spend on food and beverage throughout the course of the booked event. This minimum may be allotted at guest's discretion to food and/or drinks however they see fit. Balance may be paid on separate checks or all together. For instance, a host may be responsible for a $1,000 minimum. He/she may only purchase $500 in food, but guests may swipe individual tabs for their own bar drinks. All tabs associated with the party count towards the required minimum spend agreement. We do not charge for space! You are welcome to bring any decorations you'd like, however you will be responsible for set up and clean up of decor. For outside desserts, we charge a $2/person dessert fee, and we will slice, serve, and plate your dessert. For on or off-site events requiring service staff, expect a 20% gratuity.
