Creative Approach Development Center is now offering a new service for individuals receiving the F.I.S (Family and Individual Supports) waiver. This service provides training for individuals and their families/caregivers, offering up to $4,000 per ISP year for educational and self-advocacy focused training. To request this training through Creative Approach Development Center, please complete the referral form. Completing this referral form initiates the request process but does not guarantee that services will be provided.
