I understand the severity of this event and the necessity for endurance and experience in mountain biking and navigation.

I am aware that I will be passing through terrain and conditions where my personal safety and well-being cannot be guaranteed. I endeavour to assess risks whilst on the trial and to decide the way forward according to my own risk assessment.  

I acknowledge that I should be in good physical health and not suffer from any serious medical condition which could be aggravated by participation in this event (If you are unsure, it is highly recommended that you consult a physician for clearance).

I confirm that I will not hold the Race Director, Race Organiser or any persons involved in the staging of this event or any of their agents liable for any damage or injury sustained to my person or my property during the event.

I understand that I am responsible for replacing the tracker should it be damaged or lost. Replacement value is R3 000.

Entry Terms & Conditions

  • Deadline for early entry is 9 August 2024 (fully paid)

  • Deadline for normal entry is 5 April 2025 (fully paid)

  • Entry slot only secured once min 50% deposit paid 

  • Withdrawal before 5 April 2025 receives 80% refund or 90% rollover credit 

  • Withdrawal before 30 April 2025receives 40% refund or 60% rollover credit 

  • Withdrawal after 30 April 2025 is non-fundable nor ‘roll-overable’

  • If event does not take place due to Force Majeure, pandemic or political unrest then rollover to postponed date or following year will be offered at no extra cost or 50% cash refund option

  • By entering the event you agree to abide by race rules and sign the Event Indemnity Form
