The Seabrook Recreation Department is preparing for our Annual Holiday Event and Festival of Trees on Thursday and Friday December 4th-5th 2025. This event is a great family-oriented experience, featuring Pictures with Santa, A Horse Drawn Sleigh Ride, Games & Activities, Refreshments, Dancing, Prizes and so much more. We annually expect 600 + guests at our community centered event.

We are asking businesses and organizations in and around our community to take part to help raise funds for youth in our community by donating a Decorated/Themed Christmas Tree to add to our Festival of Trees portion of the event.

We will be using the tree not only as a decoration piece, but more so to be raffled off during the event. All proceeds received from Festival of Tree Donations will go towards opportunities for youth. If you are unable to donate a decorated tree but instead would like to donate a Gift Card or Service, The Seabrook Community will greatly appreciate your contribution.


All businesses donating will be promoted through signage during our event and on our website. Please contact me if you would like more information about the Seabrook Recreation Department or if you would like to speak to me directly about this donation request. Tree Set-Up/Location
All trees MUST HAVE LED LIGHTS and are to be set up between Tuesday, December 2nd beginning at 9am and no later than Wednesday, December 3rd at 8pm. Trees will be displayed at the Seabrook Recreation Department both Thursday & Friday December 4th & 5th. Festival Tree Raffle winners will be announced during the Main Event on Friday, December 5th, 2025, and on our SRD Facebook Page.

Please note---- All trees must be artificial.

Form MUST be completed and turned into the Seabrook Recreation Department by Monday, December 1st.
