How should ASAP collect information about members’ race and ethnicity?
ASAP collects information about the racial and ethnic makeup of its membership in order to support its efforts to increase the accessibility and inclusivity of our network for people who identify as Black, Indigenous, or other people of color (BIPOC). The purpose of this form is to gain insight from the ASAP membership about how to track and report race and ethnicity of the membership in a way that is inclusive of how members identify and is concise and meaningful for the ASAP mission.

The input that ASAP receives via this form will be used to HELP ASAP STAFF UPDATE THE RACE AND ETHNICITY QUESTIONS WE ASK MEMBERS and modify the system ASAP staff uses for reporting the race and ethnicity data it collects. Your responses to this form will help us determine the most accurate and inclusive manner in which to track the race and ethnicity of the membership.
