Kalos irthate! Welcome to the World Diplomacy Convention (WDC) for 2026, hosted in Athens Greece, 22-24 May 2026. We are delighted to have you here.
The WDC will take place this year in the beautiful seaside town of Saronida - https://athensdiplomacy.club/wdc2026/ - just outside of downtown Athens. The tournament will be a showcase of the best that Diplomacy can be. That means amazing fun, brilliant people, a once in a lifetime travel experience, and of course, crowing a world champion.
This tournament is designed as a celebration of the game Diplomacy and the Diplomacy community, so while the tournament itself is central, its about so much more than just that. Come along to fight for the crown, come along to see long time friends and make new ones, come along to eat the best seafood you've ever had, or come along to say that YOU were there at the Athens 2026.
This tournament will have a strict Code of Conduct and 'no dickead' policy in place. Any form of discrimination, bullying or any action that will harm another participant is absolutely not allowed and will be dealt with in the strictest manner.
The registration fee is:
Early bird fee (until 28/02/2026): 30 euro + 24% VAT = 37.2 euro (-25% for early registration and payment)
Regular fee (from 01/03/2026 onwards): 40 euro + 24% VAT = 49.6 euro
