Facilitator Impact Survey re: Proposed OPS Rule Changes 

Healing Advocacy is conducting a brief 2-minute survey of licensed facilitators around proposed doubling of fees to better understand the impact of the proposed changes, and to inform our advocacy efforts. 

We are asking that you complete a 2 minute survey about the potential impact of fees on your decision to renew your license. 

Healing Advocacy is actively reaching out to the Governor’s office, OHA, elected officials, and the media, and this information will be incredibly helpful in communicating the impact of these proposed fee increases to this groundbreaking program.
