Application Requirements
This event is OUTSIDE!
We allow you to bring propane heaters if needed. We do not provide any electricity but you can use a generator if you need. Please bring weights to tie down your tents as some dates have been very windy. This event is RAIN or SHINE. 

All applications for Brookston's Barn Market must be submitted by August 31, 2025 to ensure we fill in empty spots and can make all final placement decisions. We will send out confirmation emails on the Saturday following your application. We will only allow ONE vendor per direct sales company.

Spaces are $40 per 10x10. Tables and chairs will not be provided. If you have a trailer, please let us know how long it is.

Set up and tear down
Vendor set up will be Friday evening 4-6 or until it gets dark outside. Saturday set up will need to be done by 9:30 AM. Vendor parking will be in the field outside of the parameter of the market. Details will be provided when time gets closer. Please do not close or tear down your booth before 3 PM on event day.
I understand that I need to pay my vendor fee within 48 hours of receiving my acceptance email to ensure my place.

I understand that the vendor fee is non-refundable. However in the event that Brookstons Barn Market is canceled, you will be refunded. 

I understand that I am only renting booth space for the day, I take full responsibility of my actions and items. Simply Barntique and Pugh Family Farm will not be held responsible for any liability, lost/damage or stolen merchandise or injury should something occur.
